Ingredients to make Maggi cheese cake

  • Maggi 1 bunch
  • Water 1 1/2 cup
  • Maggi taste maker 1
  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Capsicum chopped 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 3 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 2 tbsp
  • Fruitsalt / eno 1/3 tsp
  • Water as needed
  • red chilli powder 1/3 tsp
  • processed cheese 1 cube
  • tomato sauce for garnishing and serving

How to make Maggi cheese cake

  1. First take 1 1/2 cups of water in a pan add maggi and tastemaker and cook
  2. When maggi get cooked turn off the gas and keep it aside It should not be over cooked
  3. Now take a vessel add semolina curd water salt and fruit-salt and make a batter
  4. Add maggi in it
  5. Add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato and red chilli powder in it
  6. Mix well and make batter
  7. Grease a mould with oil and pour this batter in it
  8. Steam it for 10-15 minutes then check with a toothpick
  9. If it is done turn off the gas and let it cool for some time then de-mould
  10. Now spread grated cheese over it and garnish with capsicum, sauce and place it on hot pan for one more minute
  11. Cover it so the cheese gets melted
  12. After one minute turn off the gas, cut it in pieces and serve with mayonnaise and tomato sauce
