Ingredients to make maggi in tomato lake

  • maggi 1bunch
  • tamatoes 3
  • Green Chilli chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • maggi taste maker 1packet
  • Water 2cups
  • Cornflour 2tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  • Tomato sauce 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2tsp
  • French beans 2
  • Cauliflower 4-5pieces
  • black papper pinch
  • Cream for garnish

How to make maggi in tomato lake

  1. First boil 1 1/2 cup water and add maggi to it and cook for few Minutes
  2. Grind tomatoes to a fine paste add oil to a pan add ginger garlic paste green chilli saute and add tomato puree in it
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder to tomato and mix well
  4. Add maggi tastemaker tomato sauce and mix well
  5. Mix cornflour in water. Mix and make cornflour slurry and add in tomato mixture also add sugar to it
  6. Cook the tomato curry for few minutes as it get little thick in consistency
  7. After cooking turn off the gas. curry is ready now pour it in a glass
  8. Cut beans and cauliflower stir fry them in little oil add pinch of salt and black pepper to it
  9. Add noodles to tomato curry garnish with stir fry veggies cream and serve hot
