Perfect Navratri Thali

Ingredients to make Perfect Navratri Thali

  • Kuttu Atta- 2 cups
  • potatos boiled - 4
  • tomatoes - 3 -4
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • paneer - 100 gms
  • Curd - 250 gm
  • milk -1/4 cup
  • cucumber -1
  • Pomegranate - 1
  • Red chili powder
  • desi ghee
  • Turmeric powder - optional
  • sendha salt

How to make Perfect Navratri Thali

  1. Grate the paneer in a pan, add 2 cups of kuttu atta, salt , milk and bit of water to it and make a dough for chapati and leave it aside for 5 mins.
  2. Now chop the tomatoes and green chilies and in a pan add ghee and pour the chopped items in it and cover it with lid on medium flame.
  3. After 5 mins add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder in it and add water. let it boil
  4. Add mashed boiled potatoes in it. and let it be cooked for 3 -4 minutes. and cover it wid lid and off the flame.
  5. now take a tawa and greece it with little ghee. make a round chapati and cut it in heart shape either with shapes or by spoon. I used spoon for it. Make 7- 8 chapaties.
  6. Now bake them on tawa with the help of ghee from both sides.
  7. Beat the curd, add chopped cucumber and pomegranate in it. and add salt n pepper in it.
My Tip: Poori or chapati really goes well with curd/raita.
