Veggie Curd toast

Ingredients to make Veggie Curd toast

  • 1 small pack of dahi / curd
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder /as per your taste
  • 5 tsp of Bombay rava / semolina
  • 8 slices of bread
  • oil for toasting

How to make Veggie Curd toast

  1. Take all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Then add chilli powder, salt , Bombay rava, Dahi and keep the mixture aside for about 5 -7 minutes.
  3. Now apply this mixture on the slices of bread. It looks like the pic below
  4. Now heat a nonstick dosa pan and and spread 2-3 drops of oil over it and place the side on which the mixture is applied facing the pan. After 2-3 minutes turn the bread and toast the other side as well make sure the mixture applied side turns a bit golden brown. Once toasted your Rava Veggie Toast is ready

My Tip:

You can even add more finely chopped veggies and serve with some grated cheese
