Tzatziki

Ingredients to make Tzatziki

  • Greek yogurt : 1 cup
  • Minced garlic: 2 cloves
  • Cucumbers : 1 small
  • Mint:dill leaves. 1:2 ratio 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Smoked paprika 1/8 tsp
  • Lemon juice: 1/4 tsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil : 1 tbsp

How to make Tzatziki

  1. Grate cucumbers add a little salt and keep it aside
  2. Finely Chop mint and dill leaves
  3. Crush garlic
  4. Now drain out the water from cucumbers
  5. Whisk yogurt a little and add cucumbers, garlic, mint and dill leaves
  6. Adjust salt add pepper and paprika
  7. Drizzle olive oil and serve

My Tip:

Olive oil is optional if you don't like it you can skip it.
