Crunchy Cornflakes Salad

Ingredients to make Crunchy Cornflakes Salad

  • Cornflakes 1 cup
  • Onion ( chopped) 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato ( chopped) 2 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves ( chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tablespoon

How to make Crunchy Cornflakes Salad

  1. Heat a pan. Add oil.
  2. Add cornflakes and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt and roasted cumin seeds powder to cornflakes and switch off the gas.
  4. Let them cool for 2 minutes.
  5. Add chopped tomato, onion and coriander leaves to it.
  6. Add lemon juice and garnish with pomegranate seeds.

My Tip:

Serve immediately else the lemon juice will turn them soggy.
