ABOUT Easy Spring Salad RECIPE

This super quick spring salad is so healthy and refreshing. With all the vibrant colors, this salad is really appetizing.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lettuce leaves 4
  2. Carrot (sliced) 1
  3. Onion (sliced) 1
  4. Beetroot (sliced) 1
  5. Tomato (sliced) 1
  6. Green capsicum (sliced) 1/2
  7. Green chili (slit) 1
  8. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  11. Roasted Sesame seeds 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the sesame seeds and allow to cool completely.
  2. Take all the vegetables in a bowl.
  3. Add in the salt, olive oil and lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds just before serving.
