Veg with Curd Salad

Ingredients to make Veg with Curd Salad

  • cucumber - 50 gm
  • Beet Root – 50 gm
  • carrot - 50 gm
  • tomato :- 50 gm
  • green coriander leaves – 30 gm
  • Fresh curd – 3-4 tea spoon
  • cumin powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
  • black pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
  • Black salt as per taste

How to make Veg with Curd Salad

  1. Cut cucumber, beet Root, carrot, tomato into finely chopped small pieces.
  2. Cut green coriander leaves finely.
  3. Take a large bowl mix all cut vegetable add cumin powder, black pepper powder, black salt and pour fresh curd mix it well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and decorate with the slices of cucumber and carrot.
