Moong Dal and Corn Fitters

Ingredients to make Moong Dal and Corn Fitters

  • 1 bowl of moong dal
  • 1 bowl of corn
  • 2 to 3 green chillies
  • 1 cup of spring onions
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • 1 tsp of red chillies powder
  • salt as per the taste
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 cup of pomegranate

How to make Moong Dal and Corn Fitters

  1. Soak the moong dal and corn in different bowl for 3 to 4 hours
  2. Then grind the mixture separately and keep it in a bowl
  3. Now mix the two mixture in one bowl and now add spring onions, green chillies, ginger, pomegranate, jeera,salt and red chillies powder.
  4. Now heat the oil in the pan. Once the oil is hot then add the mixture and let it fry until both sides turn red.
  5. Take in a bowl and the fitters are ready to served with Pudina chutney or Tomato ketchup.
