Ingredients to make Kimchi Spiced Vegetables

  • Fresh mushroom halved - 50 gms
  • Gochujang - 1 tsp
  • Kimchi chopped - 70 gms
  • Pure Sesame oil - 1/2 tsp
  • Refined Soyabean oil - 1 tsp
  • spring onions green part chopped - 1
  • sugar powdered - 1 tbsp
  • Silken Tofu small cubes - 50 gms
  • Vegetable Stock - 150 ml
  • White onion sliced - 40 gms

How to make Kimchi Spiced Vegetables

  1. Add Refined Soyabean Oil to a heated pan
  2. Add chopped Kimchi along with Kimchi Juice
  3. Add sliced White Onion
  4. Add Gochujang, Sugar, and Mushrooms 
  5. Add Vegetables Stock 
  6. Close the lid of the pot and boil for two minutes 
  7. Add Tofu and boil 
  8. Add Spring Onions 
  9. Add Pure Sesame Oil and serve
