Creamy Chicken Breast with Rosemary and Yoghurt

Ingredients to make Creamy Chicken Breast with Rosemary and Yoghurt

  • 2 chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Chopped onion
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Paprika
  • 2 Minced garlic Cloves
  • 2 Chopped green chillies
  • 1tbsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Cup Hung Curd or yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup Full cream
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 1tbsp olive Oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp Black pepper

How to make Creamy Chicken Breast with Rosemary and Yoghurt

  1. Heat up olive oil in a flat pan.
  2. Add butter and onion and cook till they become transparent.
  3. Add garlic and chicken breasts n cook it covered for 5 minutes from one side.
  4. Flip over it to cook the other side too.
  5. Now add paprika, green chillies, tomatoes and salt. Cover with a lid and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Now add whisk curd and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  7. Finally add rosemary, black pepper and cream and serve hot.

My Tip:

Whisk the curd properly before use.
