Ingredients to make Crushed radish salad

  • Radish 2
  • Radish leaves 5 to 6 big
  • Green chilli 2
  • Green coriander 1 tablespoon fine chopped
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Salt as per taste
  • Jeera powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

How to make Crushed radish salad

  1. Wash all veggies before chopping.
  2. Peel radish and crush with thick crusher.
  3. Peel ginger and then crush.
  4. Chop radish leaves.
  5. Chop green chillies.
  6. Mix all ingredients like crushed radish, crushed ginger, chopped green chilli, chopped radish and coriander leaves.
  7. Add salt, jeera powder, chat masala and lemon juice when serving.
  8. Serve in lunch.
My Tip: Add salt when you are going to serve otherwise salad will be watery.
