Ingredients to make Vegetables in hot garlic sauce.

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp finely chopped chilli
  • 1 cup diced onion, capsicum, broccoli, carrot, mushroom and baby corn .
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp corn flour dissolved in 1 cupwater
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder
  • Soya sauce.
  • Chopped spring onion for garnish.

How to make Vegetables in hot garlic sauce.

  1. Heat the oil in a wok on a high flame
  2. Add ginger garlic and chilies and sauté for 1 minute
  3. Then add all the vegetables and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper, soya sauce and stir it.
  5. Add the corn flour water and mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish it with spring onion and served with rice or noodles.
