  • curd 2 cups
  • water 5 cups
  • coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  • ginger 1/2 tsp
  • mint leaves 3 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • sugar 3 tbsp
  • Green chilli 1-2
  • Black pepper 1/2tsp

How to make Mattha(masala chhachh)

  1. Take coriander leaves mint leaves ginger green chilli sugar in a mixer jar and make a fine paste
  2. Add curd and salt to this paste and blend
  3. Add chilled water and black pepper, mix well and serve
