Ingredients to make Khatti meethi fruity lassi

  • 2 bowl hung curd
  • 1 Alphonso mango
  • 4 tbsp strawberry crush
  • 8 tsp sugar
  • Cherry and mint leaves to garnish

How to make Khatti meethi fruity lassi

  1. Remove skin of mango, cut into pieces and blend it and keep aside.
  2. Take 1 bowl curd, add 3 tbsp sugar and 4 tbsp strawberry crush and blend it and keep aside.
  3. Take another bowl of hung curd, add remaining sugar and blend it and keep aside.
  4. Now take a big glass in which you can place different layers.
  5. Add mango pulp in bottom layer, add strawberry lassi second last layer, again add mango pulp and lastly add plain white lassi , garnish with cherry and mint leaves and serve chilled.
My Tip: Make sure that glass is little big and layers which you are making should be thick enough so all doesn't mix up .
