Ingredients to make Lassi Rabri

  • 2 spoon bajra or moth dal flour
  • 6 cup lassi (can make it from curd)
  • 1 tbsp roasted jeera
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp dry pudina
  • 1 medium sized onion chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder

How to make Lassi Rabri

  1. Mix the flour, salt and 2 cup of lassis smoothly with a spoon. Keep it in the sun light for 1 hour.
  2. Put the mixture in the pan and stir it on a medium flame, cook it well till the mixture gets a thick consistency (it will take 15 mins). You can add more lassi as well.
  3. Let the mixture cool down.
  4. Put the remaining ingredients and blend it smoothly with ice (you can add water to get a watery consistency).
  5. Serve it chilled.
