Ingredients to make Moong sprout salad

  • Moong sprouts 1 cup
  • onion 2 chopped finely
  • lemon juice 1 lemon
  • Green chilli 2 chopped
  • oil 2 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1/4 tsp

How to make Moong sprout salad

  1. In a pan add oil then cumin seeds .
  2. Add onion, fry them little, add green chilli.
  3. Add sprouts, salt, then lemon juice mix it well. Serve fresh.

My Tip:

You can add tomato, cucumber too.
