Singhare ke aate ka sev

Ingredients to make Singhare ke aate ka sev

  • 1 bowl atta (3/4 singarhe ka atta 1/4 kuttu ka atta)
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • black pepper 1/2 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  • sendha namak (vrat salt)
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Singhare ke aate ka sev

  1. Mix atta in boiled potato and add salt. If potato becomes more dry, you can add a little water.
  2. Now mix sendha namak, black pepper, and red chilli powder in potato and mix and make a soft dough.
  3. Now put the dough in a sevai maker and using the sevai maker, make sevai by deep frying.
  4. After 2-3 minutes, the sevai would be ready. Drain the excess oil and serve.
