Ingredients to make Nocook Brown Bread Dahi Bade

  • Brown bread pieces 6
  • Half cup butter milk
  • salt for taste
  • Black salt for taste
  • Roasted cumin powder for sprinkling
  • Black pepper powder for spiciness
  • red chilly powder for per spice required
  • Thick curd 1 cup
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • tamarind chutney 2 tsp
  • Green chutney 2 tsp
  • coriander for garnishing

How to make Nocook Brown Bread Dahi Bade

  1. Remove sides of bread.
  2. In a bowl add bread pieces. Add black salt, black pepper powder, bhuna jeera powder and butter milk.
  3. Mix well. Make small vadas from this and place on a plate.
  4. In a separate bowl add curd and whisk till smooth. Add little salt, 1 tsp sugar and mix till sugar dissolves.
  5. Pour curd on vadas. Sprinkle red chilli powder, bhuna jeera powder, black salt. Pour some tamarind and green chutney. Garnish with coriander. And serve.
