Ingredients to make Yogurt and cereal breakfast popsicles

  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • cream 1/2 cup
  • sugar or honey 2 tsp
  • Fresh fruit crush....eg strawberry 2 tbsp
  • Chopped nuts of your choice 1/2 cup
  • rose petals few
  • corn flakes...plain or choco flakes

How to make Yogurt and cereal breakfast popsicles

  1. Combine hung curd, whipped cream, sugar or honey and fresh fruit crush in a mixing bowl and whip until smooth soft and even. You can add pieces of your favorite fruit as well
  2. Place 1 tbsp of whipped yogurt mixture in to a tall glass or popsicle mould, sprinkle 1 tsp of dry fruits then top up with cereal mixture.
  3. Go on repeating until all moulds or glasses are filled..End with yogurt mixture.
  4. If filled in a popsicle mould then insert a popsicle stick cover the moulds and freeze for 5 or 6 hours or until solid.
  5. Remove once solid. Serve chilled immediately.

My Tip:

You can use flavored yogurt or variety of fruits...
