Stuffed veg.dhokla

Ingredients to make Stuffed veg.dhokla

  • Channa dal flour 1 cup
  • Rawa 1/2 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • Chopped spinach 1/4 cup
  • corn 2 tbsp.
  • salt to taste
  • Red chutney 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Fruit salt 1 tsp
  • For red chutney:
  • Red chillies soaked in water
  • garlic 6 cloves
  • Roasted channa dal 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste.

How to make Stuffed veg.dhokla

  1. For chutney:
  2. Blend all the ingredients together. If required add water to form dropping consistency.
  3. For batter :
  4. Mix all the ingredients together except fruit salt. If required add water to form dropping consistency.
  5. Add fruit salt and mix well.
  6. Put 1 tbsp of batter in muffin moulds.
  7. Place some chutney in middle again cover with 1 tbsp of batter.
  8. Steam for 10 minutes , when done remove and serve hot.

My Tip:

Add fruitsalt just before steaming. Serve hot
