Minty Cinnamon Cooler.

Ingredients to make Minty Cinnamon Cooler.

  • 1 cup mint
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 small stick cinnamon
  • A pinch of edible green color
  • 2 tsp lemon juice.

How to make Minty Cinnamon Cooler.

  1. In pan add in sugar,cinnamon and water.
  2. Boil it till it all the sugar gets dissolved and the syrup is nice and thick.
  3. Once the syrup is thick (one string consistancy)add in lemon juice and mint leaves and switch of the flame.
  4. Now let the mixture rest for half an hour.
  5. By this time all the goodness of mint will get blended in the syrup.
  6. Once it's cooled seive it in a sterlized glass bottle.
  7. This can be stored in fridge for 1-2 months.
  8. For making drink fill half the glass with syrup and cold water and some ice cubes. Serve chilled.
