Ingredients to make Potato- wadi in green gravy

  • Wadi urad/ moong dal 6-8 in number
  • Potato 1 cut into small pieces
  • Green chilli 4
  • Coriander leaves a handful
  • Green peas/ green gram
  • Cumin seed- 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

How to make Potato- wadi in green gravy

  1. Fry wadis golden brown in oil and keep them aside
  2. Grind green chilli, coriander leaves and green peas in a mixer .
  3. In a cooker add oil then cumin seeds, add green gravy and let it cook for 2-3 minutes add salt to it
  4. Then add wadis potatoes and pressure cook it for 2 whistles and sim for few minutes.
