  • Wadi urad/moong daal 6-8 in number
  • Potato 1 cut into small pieces
  • Green Chilli 4
  • coriander leaves a handfull
  • Green peas/green gram
  • Cumin seed
  • oil

How to make Potato -wadi in green gravy

  1. Fry wadis golden brown in oil and keep them aside
  2. Grind green chilli coriander leaves and green peas in a mixer .
  3. In a cooker add oil then cumin seeds add green gravy and let it cook for 2-3minutes add salt to it
  4. Then add wadis potatoes and pressure cook it for 2 whistles and sim for few minutes.
