ABOUT Chilly Oats Buttermilk RECIPE

It's a healthy, filling spicy drink for summers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/3 cup oats
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1 inch ginger piece
  4. 2-3 mint leaves
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  7. 1 tablespoon sugar
  8. Black salt to taste
  9. 4-5 ice cubes
  10. Pinch if red chill powder and cumin powder for garnishing and chopped green chillies

Instructions

  1. Roast oats for 4 mins. Cool and grind
  2. Soak the oats powder in 1 cup hot water for 3 mins
  3. Blend oats, mint leaves, chilly, ginger till smooth
  4. Add curd, spices, sugar and ice cubes and blend for a minute
  5. Serve immediately garnishing with pinch of chilli powder, cumin powder and chopped green chillies.
