Chilly Oats Buttermilk

Ingredients to make Chilly Oats Buttermilk

  • 1/3 cup Oats
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 inch Ginger Piece
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • black salt to taste
  • 4-5 Ice cubes
  • Pinch if red chill powder and cumin powder for garnishing and chopped green chillies

How to make Chilly Oats Buttermilk

  1. Roast Oats for 4 mins. Cool and grind
  2. Soak the Oats powder in 1 cup hot water for 3 mins
  3. Blend Oats,mint leaves, Chilly, ginger till smooth
  4. Add curd, spices, sugar and ice cubes and blend for a minute
  5. Serve immediately garnishing with pinch of Chilly powder, cumin powder and chopped green chillies.
