Ingredients to make rajma kabab

  • soaked kidney beans 2 cup
  • finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • finely chopped green chili 2 tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • red chili pwoder 2 tsp or to taste
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • gram flour 1 tbsp or as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • clove pwoder 1 pinch
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Deshi ghee 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

How to make rajma kabab

  1. mash the rajma with palm or in grinder, put in a large mixing bowl.
  2. heat ghee in a pan saute ginger, onion, green chili, add salt, cumin powder, red chili pwoder, clove and cinnamon powder give it to a nice stir.
  3. cook with stirring add gram flour and keep the mixture in bowl . add lemon juice, mix well the mixture till smooth and make the kebabs
  4. heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs till golden, serve hot with green chutney.
My Tip: you can also add bread crumbs.
