Halwa is an aromatic sweet pudding that is commonly made from cereals, fruits or vegetables. Usually, it is prepared in ghee which imparts a very nice taste and flavor to the halwa. Rose Halwa or Rose flower halwa or Gulkand ka halwa is one such an amazing Indian sweet dessert made with rose petals try this once.,very refreshing sweet in summer,beat the heat ,its refreshing cooler for u,nature is our teacher,so nothing can be wasted .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1.rosepetals paste 1cup
  2. 2.ghee 4teaspoons
  3. 3.grated jaggery 4teaspoons
  4. 4.bread slices 1/4cup
  5. 5.icing sugar powder 1teaspoon
  6. 6.Elachipowder 1teaspoon
  7. 7.pomegranate seeds 1teaspoon

Instructions

  1. 1.put a pan pour one spoon of ghee fry rosepetals paste until raw smell is evapourated.
  2. 2.next add three spoons of ghee and fry bread slices in the same pan
  3. 3.now bread slices turns into golden red
  4. 4.next add grated jaggery powder.
  5. 5.mix it well ,now u will see jaggery will melt and ghee will slightly settle up.
  6. 6.next add Elachipowder and switch of the stove.
  7. 7.finally add icing sugar and pomegranate seeds for garnish.
  8. 8.u can add dry fruits if u like,yummy halwa is ready to taste.
