Mango Grapes Falooda

Ingredients to make Mango Grapes Falooda

  • Mango /Hapus 2
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Grapes 20
  • Almonds 5
  • Cashew 5
  • For Falooda Sev
  • Cornflour 1 cup
  • Powder sugar 2tbsp
  • Water 2 cup
  • For rabri
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • For ice cream:
  • Milk cream 1cup
  • Condensed milk 1cup
  • Mango puree 2cup
  • Some dry fruits chopped

How to make Mango Grapes Falooda

  1. First, make Falooda sev.mix cornflour sugar and water, mix in low flame, keep stirring.
  2. It will become thick.
  3. Put it in a greased Sev maker.Press it on a chilled water bowl filled with ice.
  4. Keep it in the freezer for 15 minutes then use it.
  5. To make Rabri, add milk, sugar and cook it in a pan and cook on low flame till it becomes thick.
  6. Now we make mango puree...cut in to small slices put 2tbsp water grind it into mixer grinder make a smooth paste
  7. For icecream mix milk cream, condensed milk and mango puree.
  8. Add dry fruits and freeze it for 8hours.
  9. Now chopped almond and cashew, grapes and mango into small pieces.
  10. Gather all prepared ingredients together for assembling.
  11. In a glass first, add grapes and mango pieces then add Falooda Sev.
  12. Now Rabri over the Falooda, then mango puree.
  13. Over it, grapes and mango pieces and icecream.Top with the icecream and sprinkle dry fruits.
  14. Serve.

My Tip:

I did not use crushed ice because ice cream is there.If you want to use ice use it.You can put ice cubes over the mango puree.
