Ingredients to make Saatvikk meetha(bhopla halwa)

  • 250gms pumpkin grated
  • Desi ghee..5tbsp
  • 500 ml cows milk
  • 1/4 cup raisins..cashews..almonds each
  • Half tin condensed milk
  • Khoa..100gms

How to make Saatvikk meetha(bhopla halwa)

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom degchi... Add pumpkin and fry till light brown.. Add milk and keep boiling till milk gets absorbed
  2. Add raisins..nuts..condensed milk..keep stirring
  3. Add mawa and cook till it leaves the sides of vessel
  4. Serve hot after garnishing it with a few almonds...
My Tip: Crumble the mawa before adding
