Ingredients to make Choco mango cake

  • 2 packet of Hide n seek biscuits (any choclate cream biscuits can be taken)
  • 100gm milkmaid
  • 1 mango puree
  • 1 sachet of eno
  • 1 diarymilk (or any chocolate you can take)
  • 2tbsp. butter (salted or unsalted)
  • butter
  • Half cup milk

How to make Choco mango cake

  1. Peel the mango n make puree using the mixer grinder.then take this out in one bowl.
  2. Take all the biscuits in the grinder and crush them .
  3. Now in one bowl take crushed biscuits,milkmaid and mango puree.mix it well.consistency should be like idli batter..you can use some milk if you are hving any problem mix them well.
  4. Meanwhile keep your microwave on .for preheating .keep it on 160°c for 5 min.
  5. Now in the batter mix the 1 sachet Eno well.
  6. Grease the cake tin and pour the batter in it .bake it for 20min. Approx on 160°c..temp. n time may vary to all the microwaves.
  7. Take the toothpick test.and if your cake is ready then let it be cool for some time.
  8. Now take the chocolate pieces n butter in one bowl and microwave for 10 sec. Now mix it well n pour on the cake after taking the cake out of the tin .
  9. Your cake is ready .you can decorate it with your own choice .i just gave the mango on top of it .
  10. Keep in the freeze for atleast 2 hrs.and your cake is ready to eat .

My Tip:

Your can use any kind of biscuits you like. Instead of milkmaid you can use sugar also.
