Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Moong sprouts 1 cup
  2. Masoor sprouts 1 cup
  3. Almonds 1/3 cup
  4. Cashew 1/3 Cup
  5. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  6. Dried split horse gram 1/4 Cup
  7. Chat masala 1/4 tsp
  8. Aamchur powder 1/2tsp
  9. Chilli powder to taste
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for deep frying.
  12. Corn Poha 1/4tsp
  13. Sev 1\2cup

Instructions

  1. Dry sprouts under the fan.
  2. Meanwhile, let us fry other ingredients.
  3. Fry almonds & cashew and transfer on absorbant paper.
  4. Likewise. fry peanuts and split horse-gram and keep aside.
  5. Now fry both the Sprouts.
  6. Now add salt, chilli powder, chat masala and amchur powder.
  7. Mix everything well. Now dry roast Corn poha and add in the mixture.
  8. Add Sev in the mixture. Enjoy with a cup of coffee/tea.
