Chickpeas Cutlets

Ingredients to make Chickpeas Cutlets

  • Boiled Chickpeas or kabuli chana 1 bowl
  • Bread Crumbs 2 tablespoon
  • Boiled potato 2
  • onion 2 small
  • Green chili 1
  • ginger 1 small piece
  • coriander leaves few
  • olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Spices: Salt, red chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala as per taste

How to make Chickpeas Cutlets

  1. Mash potato and boiled chickpeas with a masher.
  2. Add bread crumbs and mix well.
  3. Chop all the vegetables in small pieces and add them to the mixture.
  4. Mix all the spices.
  5. Make the cutlets in round shape from the mixture.
  6. Put one teaspoon of oil in the pan and then cook the round shape rolls on both the sides.
  7. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
