Ingredients to make Thandai

  • Sugar 750gram
  • Water 500ml
  • Poppy seeds 50 gm
  • Black pepper 10 gm
  • Cumin seeds 2tbsp
  • Badam 20 to 30 pieces
  • Rose petals 2 tbsp
  • Cardamon 10 to 12 pieces

How to make Thandai

  1. First, take a bowl add poppy seeds cumin seeds Cardamon Black pepper badam soak in water 2 to 3 hours
  2. Grind this mixture to make a smooth paste.
  3. Now take a pan add sugar water boil it.
  4. When sugar melted add poppy seeds paste and rose petals in it.
  5. Boil it till syrup goes thick.
  6. Turn off the gas and cool this mixture sieve and pour in a bottle.
  7. Now use it with water or milk.
  8. Enjoy yummy thandai.

My Tip:

Put this Thandie bottle in freeze use this syrup when you want.
