Ingredients to make Baked Vegetables

  • boiled carrot and capsicum
  • boiled potato & Corn
  • Brocolli
  • Beans
  • paneer/chicken
  • Bell papers red
  • Bell papers yellow
  • Maida 1 spoon
  • Butter 1 spoon
  • Milk 10 spoons
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese grated as required

How to make Baked Vegetables

  1. White sauce: Take butter in pan, add garlic, maida and stir well by adding milk. When it starts boiling and gets thick add boiled vegetables to it. Then add oregano, black pepper and salt.
  2. Stir all vegetables well. Pour it in a lined container, add grated cheese on top.
  3. Pre heat cooker with sand/salt on high flame for 5 minutes and then lower the flame. Then put the bowl with the veggies on it.
  4. Bake it for 15 minutes in a cooker without the whistle, till browned on top. Serve hot.
