Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients to make Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  • 4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts
  • Marination:
  • Juice of 1 and half lemon.
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Turmeric 1/2 tea spoon
  • Kashmiri Chilly powder (1 tbsp)
  • Mustard oil
  • Stuffing:
  • Boneless chicken pieces and grated paneer (1 cup)
  • Coriander leaves a bunch
  • Green chilies (4 to 5)

How to make Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Make incisions in the chicken breasts and make pockets in it.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts with the marination for 30 minutes.
  3. For the stuffing grind the boneless chicken pieces with coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt.
  4. Cook the mixture with grated cottage cheese in oil for five minutes.
  5. Fill the chicken breasts with the stuffing.
  6. Coat the pieces evenly with cornflower, refined flour or wheat flour
  7. Fry the chicken pieces on slow heat in a pan, until cooked.
  8. Decorate with chilies and onion pieces.
  9. Serve hot
