Ingredients to make Mango Fruity

  • Alphanso mangoes 2
  • sugar 100 gms
  • Citric acid (nimbu ka sat)1/4 tsp
  • water 1 cup

How to make Mango Fruity

  1. Extract mango puree from mangoes
  2. Add water to sugar and keep on flame
  3. Allow it to boil
  4. Add citric acid
  5. Let this sugar syrup cool down
  6. Sieve mango puree
  7. Now add cooled sugar syrup to mango puree
  8. You can add syrup to mango puree
  9. And then sieve
  10. Both the ways are fine
  11. For serving in glass
  12. Add 1/2 of syrup and half of chilled water
  13. If want more chilled add ice cubes

My Tip:

You can adjust sugar and sourness as per your taste if you want more sour use one raw and one little ripe mango
