Baked Yogurt Pudding

Ingredients to make Baked Yogurt Pudding

  • 150 gms Hung Thick Yogurt
  • 200 gms amul cream (1 pack)
  • 100 gms milkmaid
  • 1 cup strawberry compote or any jam

How to make Baked Yogurt Pudding

  1. In a large pressure cooker add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile mix the curd, cream, milkmaid and 2 tbsp of strawberry compote in a bowl and beat it well so there are no lumps.
  3. Pour it in a glass bowl which is heat proof and as the water starts boiling put the glass bowl inside the water and cover the vessel with foil and let it steam for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove, let it cool down, then garnish it with the remaining compote and keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours
My Tip: If you do not have compote add any jam or cocoa powder in the mixture and decorate it with chocolate shavings or ganache.
