Flavoured baked yogurt

Ingredients to make Flavoured baked yogurt

  • Hung yogurt 125 gm
  • Fresh cream 100 gm
  • Condensed milk 100 gm
  • Chocolate 1/4cup
  • Choco chips to garnish

How to make Flavoured baked yogurt

  1. Preheat the oven at 120 degrees celsius.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  3. Combine the yogurt, cream, condensed milk and melted chocolate in a bowl and whisk it well. Pour this mixture into the ramekin moulds.
  4. Then pour some water in a baking tray and place the moulds in the tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 mins.
  5. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Serve chilled with a garnish of choco chips .
My Tip: Do not overbake the yogurt.
