Toor Dal and Greens Usili

Ingredients to make Toor Dal and Greens Usili

  • Greens 1/2 cup chopped
  • Toor dal 150 gm soaked for 30 mins
  • Red chilli 4 or5
  • Turmeric little
  • Oil 4 table spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make Toor Dal and Greens Usili

  1. Soak dal for 30mins then grind and stem it 20 mins.
  2. Clen and chop the greens
  3. Take a pan heat oil add mustard seeds add steamed dal( by fork chop it)add greens add salt slow flame.
  4. Saute and cook it for 15 to20 mins
