Ingredients to make Mangosteen Lemon Cooler

  • Mangosteen Fruit – 2
  • Lemon Juice – from 1 Lemon
  • Organic Cane Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
  • Water - 200 ml

How to make Mangosteen Lemon Cooler

  1. Cut open the Mangosteen Fruit into two halves..remove the white fruit inside from the purple tough outer skin.
  2. Blend the white portion with organic cane sugar with little water to make it a smooth paste.
  3. Mix the puree with 200 ml water, a tablespoon of lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
My Tip: Organic cane sugar or palm candy will enhance the taste
