Ingredients to make Thalipeeth with Pithal

  • Thalipeeth flour
  • 1/2 cup chana dal
  • 1/2 cup urad dal
  • 1/2 cup Black chana
  • 1/2 cup Bajra
  • 1/ 2cup jawar
  • 1/2 cup wheat
  • One onion
  • Two green chili
  • Coriander
  • 1tbsp ginger, garlic, green chili paste
  • 1/2 cup fresh green garlic chopped
  • Water

  1. Mix all ingredients mentioned above for Thalipeeth flour.
  2. Dry roast for two minutes
  3. Then grind it, you can use ready made
  4. Take ready ThaliPeeth flour in mixing bowl

  6. Knead dough with the help of water
  7. Make soft dough
  8. Heat the pan
  9. Divide knead dough in equal portion
  10. Then take small piece of cotton cloth

  13. Put ready roti on hot pan and cook till both the sides become crispy
  14. Spread little oil on both the side
