Ingredients to make Rice Cutlets

  • Cooked rice - 1 cup
  • Potato (boiled & grated) - 1
  • Vegetables ( carrots, beans & bell peppers) - 1/4 th cup
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger (chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies (chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Cornflour - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Refined oil - for shallow frying

How to make Rice Cutlets

  1. 1. Coarsely grind the cooked rice with vegetables together in a mixer grinder in few pulses.
  2. 3. Mix rest of the ingredients with the rice & vegetable mix to form a dough.
  3. 4. Make small patties out of the dough and deep fry them in hot oil.
