  • Raw mango 1
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 3 glasses
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

How to make Homemade Mango Frooti

  1. Boil raw and riped mangoes in pressure cooker using enough water up to 2-3 whistles.
  2. Cool the mangoes, and remove the pulp. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to it.
  3. Meanwhile take 3 glasses of water, add 1 cup sugar and boil it till all the sugar dissolves.
  4. Cool it completely and blend everything together.
  5. Sieve and serve chill.
