Maas Ke Gole

Ingredients to make Maas Ke Gole

  • Mutton minced (keema) - 250 gm
  • Coriander - fresh and chopped 4 tbs
  • Pudina - fresh and chopped 4 tbs
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbs
  • Egg - 1
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Corn flour - 3 tbs
  • Garam masala powder - 2 tbs
  • Red Kashmiri chili powder - 3 tbs
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

How to make Maas Ke Gole

  1. Take minced mutton in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander, pudina, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, corn flour and egg. Mix and give a nice churn in the grinder.
  2. Heat oil in kadhai on low flame. Make small balls of the keema mix and deep fry till golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with sauce.
My Tip: For binding you can use roasted (daale) chana ka powder instead corn flour. These can be prepare in the ovan at 180°C
