Pasta In Pesto Sauce

Ingredients to make Pasta In Pesto Sauce

  • Pasta of your choice - 1.5 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Garlic, grated - 4-5 Cloves
  • Ginger, grated - 1/2 inch
  • Peanuts - a handful
  • Onion medium - 3 Chopped
  • Chilli Flakes - as desired ( optional )
  • Mushrooms - 3-4, diced
  • Corn - a handful, boiled
  • Olives - 3-4, Chopped
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Pesto sauce - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 2 pinches
  • Grated Cheese - as desired
  • Chopped Mint Leaves - a few

How to make Pasta In Pesto Sauce

  1. Boil pasta in water with little olive oil and salt.
  2. microwave peanuts for three minutes and use chopper to grate it coarsely.
  3. In a Kadhai, put chopped garlic and ginger followed by peanuts and onions and fry them till it changes color. Now put corn, olives followed by pesto sauce.
  4. Toss boiled pasta into it and stir. Add a little milk to the mixture.
  5. Turn off the gas. Garnish the pasta in pesto sauce with grated cheese and chopped mint leaves.
  6. Serve hot.
