Pepper chicken

Ingredients to make Pepper chicken

  • chicken- 500gm
  • onion chopped finely- 2
  • tomato- 1 chopped
  • ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
  • pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Tumeric powder 1 tsp
  • Dhaniya 2 tsp
  • salt required
  • cumin seed powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Sombu powder- 1/4 tsp

How to make Pepper chicken

  1. In a cooker pour oil and add onion, saute till it is brown.
  2. Then add the tomato, saute for 2 mins then add garlic- ginger paste, tumeric, dhaniya powder, ,pepper Cumin, sombu powder. Saute well till you get a pepper gravy colour.
  3. Then add chicken and salt pressure, cook it for 1 whistle.
