About Mango cheese cake Recipe

You will be drooling after seeing it, at the same time it tastes awesome because of paneer which is used (healthy version).

Mango cheese cake

Ingredients to make Mango cheese cake

  • mango puree- 11/2 cup
  • Condensed milk- 1 tin
  • 2 small packets- Marie biscuits
  • butter- 2 tbsp
  • paneer crumbled- 250 gms
  • For glaze:
  • mango puree- 1 cup
  • sugar acc. to taste
  • lime juice- just a tsp.
  • water- 3/4 cup

How to make Mango cheese cake

  1. First of all in a blender add Marie Biscuits and crush, mix with butter and spread on a cheesecake tin. Keep in fridge till the filling is ready.
  2. Meanwhile take a beater and beat all other ingredients for the filling and add to the crust. Keep in fridge to set.
  3. Now in a pan heat all the glaze ingredients simmer till thick and glossy, remove and cool, later add to the cheese cake and finally set for 4 hrs or overnight.
