Tricolor Milk Barfi

Ingredients to make Tricolor Milk Barfi

  • ghee - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Milk powder - 1 bowl
  • Sugar - 3 teaspoon or as per your taste
  • Paneer - 50 gm
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4teaspoon
  • Fresh cream - 2 teaspoon
  • Orange food color - 2 drops
  • Green food color - 2 drops

How to make Tricolor Milk Barfi

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add milk and milk powder and mix well.
  2. Add cardamom powder, sugar, paneer and fresh cream. Stir it constantly till it attains thick consistency. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  3. Divide the barfi mixture in three equal parts. Mix green and orange colors in the two parts and leave the third one white.
  4. Now spread green barfi mixture in a greased thali, spread white barfi mixture over it and then lastly spread the orange mixture.
  5. Set for 5 minutes and cut it into your favorite shapes.
