Ingredients to make Chinese Honey Sesame Vegetable

  • 100 gm - Paneer
  • 1 Cup - Bell Pepper (red, yellow, green) diced
  • 2-3 - Baby Corn
  • 4- Mushrooms, cut in quarters
  • 1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
  • 1- Onion, cut n separate layers
  • 2 tsp - Honey
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Ajinomoto a pinch
  • 1 tsp - Soy Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Chopped garlic
  • A little Oil

How to make Chinese Honey Sesame Vegetable

  1. Chop all the veggies. Heat oil in a pan add garlic, onion and fry a little then add all the veggies and toss them in the pan on high flame.
  2. Now add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, ajinomoto and honey. Toss well. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
My Tip: Keep the flame high while tossing veggies otherwise they'll become soft and lose the crunch.
