Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Any fish ..(rohu katla mourla)
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Suger to taste
  4. Termerimd water 1 cup
  5. Coreinder leaves
  6. Musterd seed
  7. Cumin powder
  8. Tumaric powder
  9. Green chili 2-3
  10. Red chili powder
  11. Ginger Paste 1 Tsp

Instructions

  1. Normal fry the fish at first then hit the pan with oil thn add muster seeds and green chili wait 2mins
  2. Thn add ginger paste add tumaric powder salt chili powder cumin powder now add termerind water thn add sugr
  3. Turn ur gas in mid flame when its look like gravy add some water then add fish....wait for 5mins... .fill the top with coriender leave and turn off ur gas
  4. Ur khatti machli is ready ...serve with rice .
