Ingredients to make Bread Vegetable Cheese Pockets

  • Bread - 1 Loaf
  • Mozzarella cheese - 200 gm
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Onion - 2
  • Capsicum - 1 and more vegetables of your choice
  • Oregano - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli - 1/2 tsp

How to make Bread Vegetable Cheese Pockets

  1. Take a bread slice and cut the edges. Roll it flat and thin with a rolling pin.
  2. Place the vegetables on one side of the bread. Add the mozzarella cheese. Add salt and the seasoning spices. Apply little water along the sides of the bread and fold. Pressing it a little.
  3. Apply butter or ghee on the top surface of the bread and bake it in the oven at 200 degree for 5 mins or till its crunchy. You can fry it too. Make all the bread pockets similarly.
  4. Serve with your favorite dips or sauces.
